Important Information:
Changing watchbands:
To insert band: slip pointed end of watchband through the spring bar at 12
o'clock and feed downward. Slip pointed end upward through spring bar at 6
o'clock. To remove: always use the two step process, please avoid pulling
band all at once in one step to insert or remove.
Watchband Cleaning/Washing Instructions:
Both of us recommend washing the watchbands with a laundry pre-treatment product
(Spray N' Wash, Shout, or whatever you have on hand). Just wet them under
the faucet and scrub with a toothbrush, towel dry, and lay flat.
Grosgrain Ribbon
The majority of our watchbands are made of grosgrain ribbon. The ribbon in
the bands is stitched and also heat fused together. Since grosgrain is a material
that can commonly fray, we recommend using "Fray Check" on the tips of bands
to prevent unnecessary fraying. Fray Check is available in most craft/sewing/notion
stores or through Dritz Corporation at www.dritz.com
